I think with the Rope Handle... this happens pretty naturally for many, due mainly to the change of direction and with the effect of PIVOT LAG. THE HANDS WANT TO STAY AT THE TOP OR END DURING START DOWN, AND THAT HELPS LOAD THE #3. I would think the SNAP LOADERS would be most aware of this.
